  • All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to availability and courier arrangements.

  • Mainland UK delivery is available

  • Non-mainland UK delivery may incur additional charges

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed

6. Returns & Warranty

Returns and warranty are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • 14-day returns for change of mind (conditions apply)

  • 30-day warranty covering electrical or functional faults present on delivery

  • Accidental damage, misuse, and normal wear and tear are not covered

Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

By purchasing from UVB Therapy, you agree that:

  • You will follow all safety instructions and guidance
