Returns & Warranty Policy

We want customers to feel confident when purchasing from UVB Therapy. Please read the information below carefully.

Returns 

Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery provided that:

• The unit is returned in the same condition as supplied
• The item has not been misused, damaged, or altered
• The buyer arranges and covers the cost of return shipping

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Warranty

All units are supplied with a 30-day warranty, covering electrical or functional faults that are present on delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse or incorrect operation
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from failure to follow manufacturer instructions

If a fault is identified within the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and advise on next steps.
